How booking works

From quote to pickup in about five minutes.

First-time renters: we verify a company SSM extract (or IC for individuals), a billing address, and collect a refundable security deposit. After that, repeat bookings take three minutes. The rental agreement places loss and damage liability on you, not on a third party.

    Pick dates & build your list

    Browse the catalog and add cameras, lenses, audio, lighting, LiveU. We hold availability for 24 hours.

  2. 02 / Verify

    Register & upload SSM / IC

    Company SSM extract or personal IC, business address. Done once. Verification under an hour during business days.

  3. 03 / Deposit

    Sign agreement, pay deposit

    One-page rental agreement places full loss / damage liability on the renter. Refundable deposit by bank transfer.

  4. 04 / Pickup

    Pickup the night before

    4–7 PM at our KL office. We walk through every item with you. Return by 11 AM the day after wrap.

We don't credit-check, we trust the people you work with instead. Anyone who's hired you, DP'd with you, or rented to you in the last two years works. We'll send each a short verification email.
